A USMC MARK & BOX PRODUCTION CHANGE IN 2020

Production continued through with the standard 3/8 inch thick open recess tang pommell that was held on by a pin that went 3/4 way through the pommell that became standard for all productions..

The handle was the standard leather type with a thick fiber spacer at top and bottom,

The blade, pommell & crossguard now powder coated glossy black . with a new Ka Bar.Olean.NY. logo (without any dots) on one side of the ricasso and a newer much larger USMC on the other.The top clip not sharpened. and the blade grind now up against the fuller like the first & last issues.

The box which was now changed to a brown & golden color box with a KA_BAR logo on the top printed leaflets were enclosed for description and maintenance

The Leather sheath with USMC stampings was sown & riveted together , and the design of the USMC with much broader letteringletter.
